Everything we needed for our group. Spacious and good home base. Was a great stay, but tried to reach the property manager via email and call with a couple questions and never received reply. Just the standard automated messages.

Rating: 2/10Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing and did not meet the standard we expected for the amount we paid.The bed was broken, and we reported the issue to the host immediately. However, no action was taken during our stay. As a result, one of the family members traveling with us had to sleep on the couch, which was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. We paid for all the amenities included with the property, so having a bed that was not usable felt like a waste of money and negatively affected our trip.When we arrived, the garage was also filled with approximately 10 bags of garbage and waste. Some of the bags were already open, and there was a very strong and unpleasant smell. We immediately informed the host about the issue. The garbage was eventually removed on the second day, but having to deal with this upon arrival was very disappointingThe BBQ machine was another major issue. It was extremely dirty and had clearly not been properly cleaned before our arrival. We had to go to Walmart, purchase cleaning supplies ourselves, and clean the BBQ before we could use it. Since a 200 cleaning fee was charged, we expected the property and its amenities—including the BBQ—to be properly cleaned and ready for use.Overall, we were very disappointed with the condition of the property and the lack of timely action on the issues we reported. These problems significantly affected our family trip and were not what we expected after paying for the amount.

The host was amazing, even checked up on us during our stay to make sure we were doing good. The house was clean and as described.

The chalet was exactly what we were looking for and as advertised. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was really well stocked with utensils as well as pots and pans. As a group of crafters, we really appreciated the open space in the basement. Thank you for a lovely stay!
