Spacious Condo next to The Blue Mountains w/ Patio

Inflexible and unresponsive Positive: Pre-trip, we received a list of what the condo did and did not offer, making it easier to pack and plan. Negative: Unresponsive hosts - the single phone number provided did not answer calls starting four days prior to our trip. The weekend before our trip, we saw the area was under an orange blizzard alert from EnviroCanada and ON511 for our travel dates and travel was not recommended. I couldn’t in good conscience risk putting my elderly parents on roads. If I had heard back from any of the Chalet Butler team in time, after calling and messaging multiple times from prior to when my reservation began, I may have been able to cancel my booking and obtain a partial refund from Booking.com to manage the risk as per their policy.

Positive: Lots of space Very cozy and had everything for cooking
